Shipping Options.
We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders within the continental USA. Other shipping methods are available upon customer request, via Fed-Ex. Prices will vary based on the weight of the product, and the state where the product is being delivered.
Heat Sensitive Products: Standard shipping is used, unless requested otherwise. Please be advised that heat-sensitive products may require faster shipping methods in order to maintain the quality and effectiveness of the product.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are shipped to extremely hot areas. If this is the case for your product, please select the appropriate shipping method in order to ensure that your product remains viable.
We reserve the right to ship all orders via USPS or Fed-Ex, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. If you need your products immediately, please select the Rush Shipping option.
Please note that VSL # 3 products are only stable at room temperature for one week, in order to ensure a two-year shelf life. VSL # 3 products are only shipped Monday, and Tuesday. Shipping may be available for this product on Wednesdays, depending on the State of retrieval.
Shipping to a different address is possible. To ensure proper and timely delivery, please make sure the billing address matches the credit card associated with your order.
Changes and Cancellations:
Changes and cancellations may be made at any time after placing your order via email info@data-probe.com or Toll FREE 1 888 766 1567. Please make sure to contact us right away in order to assure timely changes or cancellations.
Return Policy:
Returns are hassle free with Data-Probe. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are available within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition, bottles must be sealed, and must include the original paperwork and packaging. A 10 % restocking fee will be applied. We do not cover reimbursement of shipping costs.
Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will only be made on products that remain in new condition, with original packaging. We will send the replacement once we receive and process your returned product. If an item is needed right away, please place a new order, and return the original product separately for prompt delivery. Please call or email with any questions.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped within California. Sales tax is charged automatically on orders, and is reflected on the order itself prior to shipping.
